Shipping Methods: We ship most merchandise via UPS. Please call us @ 1800.554-9201 or e-mail us at billiardsupplier@bellsouth.net if you would like your products ship via other ways. Shipping prices will vary with other methods.
All orders will be shipped to credit card holder, and credit card holders billing address only. You must set up an alternate ship to address with your credit card company, which is acceptable. You must call us at 1-800-554-9201 to discuss exceptions.
Payments: All merchandise is payable in US funds only. WE accept Pay pal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, money orders, cashier’s checks, and personal checks (10 days to clear personal checks).
Florida Customers: Must add 6.5% sales tax on all items.
Damage Claims: All merchandise is shipped with excellent packaging. Any visible damage should be brought to the attention of the delivery person. In the event of hidden damage, a claim must be filed immediately with the carrier. If you need assistance with the claim, please e-mail us immediately at billiardsupplier@bellsouth.net.
Return Policy: If you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return it within ten days for refund or exchange, provided that:
1. Customer must request via email an approval authorization number at billiardsupplier@bellsouth.net .
2. Products are still in their original boxes and packing.
3. All materials must be returned in original condition including manuals, warranty cards, accessories, documentations and packaging.
4. Pool cues must be unused and un-chalked for refund. If pool cue was used, it will be sent
back to manufacturer for determination of value.
5. All sales are final after 30 days of purchase.
