Purchasing:
1. We accept all major Credit Cards and paypal. any purchases made by check or money order will not be processed until the check or money order clears. if the check or money order does not clear you will be charged a 25 dollar fee to your account. For phone orders please call 954-839-5089 . for online orders we use a paypal credit card processor for both your protection as well as ours. we have a highly secured dedicated server and your information is safe with us.
Backorders:
1. You will be notified within 24 hours of your purchase if there is a backorder status on the item your ordered. At that point it is up to you, as a valued customer if you would like to cancel the purchase or not.
Shipping:
1. If you pay via PayPal we will ONLY ship to your confirmed PayPal address or where PayPal has specified. Please verify where you want your products shipped to and what address you have in PayPal.
International Orders:
1. We accept international orders and will ship to most countries. If you purchase with a credit card the shipping address must be able to be verified by the credit card company, or the order will not be accepted. a international order may have a 1-2 week delay for address verification. If you pay with a wire transfer there is a 32 dollar fee. for international shipping we charge 13 dollars on top of the domestic shipping charges.
Exchanges:
1. If you contact us within 7 business days we will happily accommodate exchanges. exchanges have a restocking fee of 15 dollars for any item under 100 dollars. or 15% for items over 100 dollars. If an order is placed and canceled for personal reasons and not due to backorder or our error, the same terms apply. We are not liable for what happens to your exchange item when in transit back to our facilities.
Returns:
1. ALL returns must have prior authorization from our staff.
2. To obtain authorization, e-mail us via the contact page and tell us why you want to return the items and the current condition of the product.
3. All returns must be in new packaging and uninstalled and come with all documents and installation instructions.
4. Products must be returned in new condition. Make sure they are packaged well to avoid any damage in shipping. All returns will be paid for by the shipper and no COD (cash on delivery) returns will be accepted.
5. All returns must be delivered to us 15 days after the return was requested, and all returns must be requested within 7 days after the shipment was delivered to you.
6. All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee as this is what the distributors/manufacturers will subject us to. Returns will be for in-store credit only.
7. Your original receipt must be included inside the returned package and the Directions and further details will be given to you when the return is requested.
8. If a product is in error of Fullthrottlepowersport.com we will not do any restocking fee's and will cover shipment back to us. Before more products are shipped out though we must have a tracking number or confirmation number showing the products are on their way back to us. We will cover all expenses on any mistakes made by Fullthrottlepowersport.com, but if you want to send a product back faster than ground or priority mail you must contact us first for us to cover overnight or 3 day shipping charges.
9. All defective merchandise or problems with merchandise are warrantied by the manufacturer and not Full throttle Powersports. We will work with you if you need assistance or help contacting the manufacturer or want us to contact them for you, but the warranties are covered by the manfucturer and not Full Throttle Powersports. We do inspect all products before shipping and defective merchandise is very uncommon and we'll assist you where we can should something be defective.
Refunds/Cancelled order:
1. A refund may be requested on any item prior to it's shipping for full in store credit or 80% refund on the cc/payment method. A full refund 100% will be issued if the item is backordered.
2. If a partial refund is given we'll take the total amount the customer paid minus what was already shipped or recieved and that amount will be refunded immediately.
3. All refunds are done immediately, but do realize most banks take 2-3 days to process the refund.
4. If we ship an item to you and you do not claim it at the post office or sign for it and want it resent the customer must pay shipping the second time.
5. If you wish to cancel after the products have already shipped to you then the 20% restocking fee will be applied or a minimum of 15 dollars, whichever is greater.
